Y O G A   C O A C H ' S   C O R N E R: Yoga Stretches
Stretch, Not Strain ... Experts say that taking regular hourly breaks throughout the day can help prevent repetitive stress injuries (RSI's). If you can rest every 20 minutes, that's even better! But remembering to take a break can be challenging.

There are plenty of simple solutions available including setting a timer every 20 minutes to go off as a reminder - A site such as e-stretch.net is a one helpful such a tool, online, to remind you of your schedule.

Once you download the program, you can set a timer (from 5 minutes to 4 hours). At the chosen time, e-stretch pops on your screen reminding you to rest and stretch.

Not only will doing so help protect your body, but you will also get to do a little yoga all without leaving the comfort of your chair.

Please consult our class schedule for class times.
