Los Gatos Swim and Racquet Club hosts many USTA sanctioned leagues and tournaments,
and is the home of the most outstanding Open Tournament of the year for several
years.
We host competitive teams at every level, including women's teams rated from 2.5 to 5.0 and men's teams rated from 3.0 to 5.0.

Wine Down
Our monthly social allows for a less competitive environment to enjoy tennis with other club members. All matches in this round robin are game paired by our tennis
Pro's and the evening is topped off with dinner and beverages.
The Wine Down is held on the last Friday of the month, excluding November and December.
Pre-registration for tennis members is $25, Same day registrations are $30 per player, while all non-members or fitness members (must be accompanied by tennis
member to participate) are $35 per player.
We require a 24 hour cancellation notice to receive a refund. The next Wine Down is on Friday, September 27.

Parent / Child Tournament
Our Parent/Child tournament allows for that special connection between family members to be shared on the tennis court. Either parent can play with any gender child.
Usually there is an "A" and a "B" flight so even the younger kids have a chance to play with mom or dad. There is a consolation draw so a minimum of two matches will be played.
This event is held annually and this year's date is September 28. Please contact the Pro Shop for more details.
Team Tennis Challenge
The Team Tennis Challenge is a great way for different levels of player's to compete on the same team.
We have four teams of player's all captained by one of our tennis Pro's. Each team is composed of an even number of same level NTRP rated player's so that a four team round robin can take place.
All the sets and games are tallied up to find the winner and the event is finished off with a barbecue and the announcement of
the year's champion.
This event is held annually. This year's date is October 5, 2013. Registration is $20. Register by email to lgsrc.proshop@gmail.com.
Los Gatos Men's Open
This USTA sanctioned tournament has been honored as "Most Outstanding Men's Open" of the year. The top 8 players get block seeded which always draws a higher quality field of competitors.
Entrants should be rated at least at an NTRP 4.5 level. Each player will receive a tournament t-shirt, free Gatorade for matches, entrance into the players poker party and of course a shot at the prize money.
This event is held annually in April and this year the tournment was held from April 18th - 21st. Please click to visit the USTA tournament page.
LGSRC NTRP Doubles Challenge
Designated one of only four tournaments in Northern California to be granted a "Junior Tennis Tournament" by the USTA, our NTRP Doubles Challenge offers men's, women's and mixed doubles NTRP events from 2.5 - 5.0.
Players may play a maximum of two events at the same NTRP level. In addition to a well run tournament experience, all players will receive a tournament memento, lunch coupon for our player's barbecue and access to our very popular tennis drill court fed by our teaching staff.
This event is held annually in May and this year the tournament was held from May 17th - 19th. Please click to visit the USTA tournament page.
Los Gatos Junior Open and Novice
This USTA tournament allows our kids here at Los Gatos to finish a fun summer of tennis with a great tournament right here on their home courts. The categories of Open and Novice allow for every level of player to participate from a players first tennis tournament up to a ranked junior or
high school player.
All kids will receive a tournament memento and barbecue lunch. This tournament is held annually in August and for this year it was held on 8/3-8/4 and 8/10-8/11.
