• Courts may be reserved up to 3 days in advance. We start accepting calls at 8;00 am in the morning. You may also show up in person to reserve a court. You may only reserve one court at a time, i.e. you cannot get two courts in one phone call.
  
  
• Reserved courts are always booked on 1 ½ hour basis regardless of singles or doubles. Reserved courts can only be reserved as follows: Two courts at 9:00 am and 10:30 am in the morning. All courts not used for league matches or by teaching Pros can be reserved at 6:00 pm and 7:30 pm in the evening
  
  
• When no more reserve-able courts are available, members may be put on a waiting list. If a reserved court is cancelled, the Pro Shop will contact the member
  
  
• Courts become open after 15 minutes if the party has not checked in at the Pro Shop. Please arrive on time if you’ve reserved a court or you may lose the court
  
  
• Pro Courts become reserve-able or walk-ons at night when not reserved by the Pros or when the Pros finish teaching early.
  
  
• For walk-on courts, 1 ¼ hours is assigned for singles and 1 ½ hours for doubles. Two people must be present in order to get a court. Your court time will start within the 15 minute time block when you and your partner show up. For example, if you show up with your partner to play singles at 1:05 pm, your court time will be from 1:15 - 2:30 pm.
  
  
• For Flex League participants, you may pay a $15 flat fee for a season if you can play your matches during non-primetime (noon-6:00 pm). A maximum of 5 home matches are allowed per season and you must provide your own balls. Please sign up in the Pro Shop if you choose to do this. Any flex league match played during primetime hours will be charged a $15 guest fee. Flex league nonprime-time hour matches may be reserved at any time.
  
  
• Ming-Quong matches must be played during non-prime-time between noon and 6pm or else guest fees will be charged. Court can be reserved for non-prime-time Ming-Quong matches ahead of time.
  
  
• All members are welcome to take clinics or lessons but only tennis members may use the courts for personal use.
  
  
• Ball machine court may only be reserved for 30 minutes. Ball machine court may be reserved for the same day or the following day. Children under 14 are not allowed on the ball machine court unless previously approved by a Pro and supervised by an adult.
