Our Adult Clinics require a great deal
of planning, scheduling, coordinating, and a great deal of attention - Please make sure that you read and understand our Adult Clinic Policies.
- Please do not find your own substitutes for clinics.
- If you cannot make it to your clinic, you must go through the Pro Shop to cancel and have the Pro Shop get you a sub. The Pro Shop maintains a list of subs for these clinics.
We call people in the order they sign up to ensure fairness
- We are unable to offer you any refunds for missed classes or cancellations in our
Adult Clinic Program unless cancellation is made 24 hours prior to the beginning of class.
- LGSRC Tennis Members may bump off Non-members with a 3 day notice.
- If 1 participant shows up then you will receive a ½ hour private lesson. If 2
participants show up, you will receive a 1 hour Semi Private. If 3-6 shows up then it’s 1 ½ hour clinic.
- Please reserve space in the Pro Shop clinic binder - Clinic space will be limited to the first 6 players on a
first come basis.
- We will accept Cash, Checks, and Member served charges - We will not be able to accept credit cards.
