Yoga & Group Fitness Instructor

Sam has been sharing her fitness knowledge since 2021 by strength-training with seniors and began teaching yoga in 2023. She believes that movement and relaxation have a reciprocal relationship linked by the breath, flexible muscles need to be strong muscles too, and that you should be able to laugh in a yoga class! Sam is creative, passionate, and thoughtful (and cat-mom to a precious orange tabby).
