Tomorrow we say goodbye to 2 CF-LGSRC family members, Robert and Susan Lacis (pronounced like glasses but with an L).  In their memory were doing a partner workout which I’ve named “Lacis.”  Ideally this workout should be done with the partners being male and female.

50 Dumbbell thrusters (40/30)

*partner must hold a Handstand on wall

2×20 feet walking lunge trips each

*partner must hold plank
