A.  Build to a heavy near max squat clean thruster in 15 minutes

B.  10 minute AMRAP, in teams of two*

*Partner A will get as many wall balls as possible in the time it takes partner B to row 20 cal (men)/15 cal (women).  After partner B completes the necessary amount of calories, the partners will switch.  Then Partner B will get as many wall balls in the time it takes partner A to row 20/15 calories.  The score is determined by the total amount of wall balls from the team in 10 minutes.
