B.  Power Clean (Heavy Single)

Power Clean (10 Sets for Descending Reps Every 2:00)

*take 65% of Heavy Single and do 10 reps unbroken, add 10# then do 9 reps unbroken @2:00. Add 10# then do 8 reps unbroken the next 2:00.

*Keep adding 10# and subtracting a rep until you are at 1 rep.  This will take 20 minutes
