A few members have asked to add a small group session for weightlifting specific exercises. The class will revolve around drills and strength training. Please comment if you’re interested in the class. Once we know who would be interested we will pick a time that works for all. One class per week to start.

A. on the min for 10 min:

-bench press x 3

B. for max reps:

-cal row x 4 min

-push up x 3 min

-box jump x 2 min

-dead lift x 1 min

***1 min break between exercises
