While we are new to the formats of the workouts, and movements involved in them, it is more important than ever that we show up to classes on time. The first few minutes will be filled with the most important instructions for the day.

A. 3 sets:

– front squat hold

-double unders

-toes to bar

B. Front squat with a pause x 3 x 5

C. 12 min amrap:

-30 single skips, jump rope

-15 sit ups

-10 push press
