B.  Clean and Jerk (6 minutes to hit a 1 Rep Max)

C.  Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

Death by power snatch (135/95), strict HSPU, muscle up

*minute 1 – 1 power snatch

minute 2 – 2 strict HSPU

minute 3 –  3 muscle up

minute 4 –  4  power snatch

minute 5 – 5 strict HSPU

*until failure

*If you make it to minute 18, that would be 18 rounds.
