-run x 200m

***part a: both athletes will complete Fran one after the other. please note individual times.

***part b: athlete “1” will complete 10 dl and a 200 m run then tag athlete “2” who will then complete 10 dl and a 200m run. continue this pattern until both athletes have completed 5 rds.

***there is no break bt part A and part B and a teams score will be total time to complete A and B.
