Rachel Young

Rachel is a clinical psychologist turned exercise instructor and has been teaching group fitness since 2001. She continues to teach multiple formats, has a small private practice and runs weight loss groups.

Rachel believes group exercise is hugely important for both mental and physical health. Communities and personal well being can be strengthened by coming together and doing something joyful and healthy – exercise!
