Current Members only of Los Gatos Swim and Racquet Club may request to reserve a Group or Class Party. This party area consists of six picnic tables, charcoal BBQ’s, and lawn area located next to the Playground.
PARTIES ARE LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF 40 PEOPLE, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Group Party Time Options (Based on Availability): 10:00AM – 1:00PM 1:30PM – 4:30PM 5:00PM – 8:00PM
Class Party Time Options (Based on Availability): 10:30AM – 1:30PM (Availability Ends June 5, 2020)
POOL AVAILABILITY (MAY CHANGE WITH/WITHOUT NOTICE)
Class Parties Until June 5, 2020: Monday – Friday Training Pool
Group Parties: Monday – Sunday Large Pool
*Please note, the diving board is open during summer season only. Please inquire about diving board and lifeguard hours during your requested party time.
FEES
There is no rental fee associated with booking a party, but guest fees for non-members apply and charges will be made to your Membership account at the end of your party. Non-member guests may not pay individually. All non-member guests entering the facility must be charged to the membership account as our staff is responsible for the safety of all patrons whether they swim or not.

RESERVATION SHEETS AND WAIVERS
o The Group or Class Reservation Sheet must be turned in to the Front Desk at least 7 days prior to the date of your party.
o For Group Parties, waivers must be signed by all guests 18 and over upon entering the Club. One Waiver per family is to be filled out and each child’s legal guardian dropping off/attending the party must sign for the child(ren) upon entering the Club.
o For School Parties, waivers must be picked up ahead of time, distributed to parents to fill out and sign, and returned back to the Club with the School Reservation Sheet.
o Guests without waivers will not be allowed to enter the Club.
CANCELLATION
If you choose to cancel your party for any reason, you must do so at least 7 days in advance. Any cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
RULES, REGULATIONS, AND POLICIES
Parties are limited to a maximum of 40 people, no exceptions. This includes both members and non-member guests. Parties may not take up additional space, such as tables and chairs by the pools.
The Club will provide the following items:
o Lawn area
o Four 8’ blue rectangle picnic tables
o Two 6’ grey rectangle picnic tables
o Garbage cans
o Weber charcoal BBQ grills
o Ice from the ice machine
o Refrigerator in the Members’ Lounge (freezer space not available)
Members must provide the following items, but are not limited to:
o Party supplies (e.g. plates, napkins, tablecloths, utensils, food, etc.)
o Party decorations (e.g. balloons (no Mylar), banners, streamers, etc.)
o Charcoal briquettes, lighter, lighter fluid, matches, grilling utensils, etc.
o Pool towels
The following items are not allowed during parties:
o NO Mylar balloons. Metallic balloons that contact overhead power lines can disrupt electric service to the entire Club, neighborhood, and cause significant property damage and result in injury.
o Glass containers (by the pool)
o Confetti, glitter, tinsel, glue, paint, chalk, candles (birthday cake candles OK)
o Food trucks
o BBQ grills, roasts, etc. other than what is provided by the Club
o Inflatable bounce houses/water slides
LIFEGUARDS AND SUPERVISION
Lifeguards are on duty only during summer season and days and hours are subject to change with or without notice. Please check with the Group Party Coordinator to determine what hours the lifeguards are on duty during your party.
o If lifeguards are on duty during your scheduled party time, you must maintain a 1:10 ratio of adults to children.
o If lifeguards are not on duty during your scheduled party time, you must maintain a 1:4 ratio of adults to children. There will be no guest charges for the required number of adults/chaperones.
o Adults at the wading pool must actively supervise their children as there are no lifeguards at this location.
DIVING BOARD
The diving board is only open during summer season and days and hours are subject to change with or without notice. Please check with the Party Coordinator to determine what time it’s scheduled to open/close during your requested group party date.
SET UP AND CLEAN UP
o You may begin setting up when your reservation time begins and must be done cleaning up when your reservation ends.
o Members are responsible for a thorough clean up of the entire group party area, including the tables and lawn area.
o Please be courteous to other members who have the group party area before or after you by setting up and cleaning up on time as not to interrupt their party.
