Elif started her yoga journey 20 years ago and completed her yoga teacher training in Yoga Source Los Gatos in 2019 under the guidance of Linda McGrath and Angela Power. Currently working towards her 500hr certification, Elif finds joy in sharing her practice with friends and family, aiming to foster connections and promote mindfulness and clarity through yoga. Her teaching style emphasizes

warmth, inclusivity, and a commitment to helping others find balance and serenity on and off the mat.
