Deborah is a dedicated fitness professional with over two decades of experience supporting individuals on their wellness journeys. Since beginning her career in 2003, she has cultivated a broad expertise across group fitness, personal training, and program development. She holds a Master of Science in Exercise Science with an emphasis on Fitness and Wellness and is a leader in active aging.

Deborah is the creator of ToughAgers® Active Older Adult Fitness, a program focused on empowering older adults to live healthier, more independent lives. She has developed continuing education courses for fitness professionals and has been a sought-after presenter at fitness conferences since 2023, sharing evidence-based strategies that advance industry
standards. Deborah is committed to delivering innovative, accessible, and science-based fitness solutions that improve quality of life for adults 55+ and beyond.
