B. complete in teams of two for time:
-cal row x 100 (partner must be in plank for calories to count)
-heavy med ball carry x 800 m (one partner carries the med ball while they both run together, switch as needed)
-double unders x 100 (partner must hold bottom of the air squat for double under to count)
