Lisa Roper
At the age of 4, Lisa began training in classical ballet and continued for 30 years, eventually transitioning her passion into the world of fitness and nutrition. In 1995 she started Physiofit, serving the corporate South Bay, and in 2017 she left the corporate world to work with private clients and teach classes locally. She also gave up 15 hours of commuting to be closer to work and family! Today she works with all ages, levels, and backgrounds, including special populations, specializing in flexibility and mobility, stability and balance, posture, core, back strength, and sports nutrition.
