Membership
Q: Do I have to be a member to use the Club?
A: Yes - You must become a member to use the Club.
Q: Can I bring guests to the Club?
A: Members are welcome to bring guests to the Club. There is a fee for adults and juniors ages 4—17 years. There is no charge for children 3 years and under. The same person may attend as a guest twice in one month.
Guests must be accompanied by the member at all times. Upon entering the Club, members MUST register their guest(s) with the Front Desk Staff. An additional fee may be charged to a member’s account if guests are not signed in upon entering the Club.
A member who wants to bring more than six guests at one time must obtain prior approval by a Front Desk manager.

Billing
Q: When is my payment due?
A: Payment is due on or before the tenth day of every month to avoid late fees.
Q: What is the billing cycle for membership dues?
A: The billing cycle is 30 days. Statements are sent to members on a monthly basis and reflect the next month's dues and past month's payments and charges. For new members, your first bill will include the current month's dues plus next month's dues.
Q: Where can I send payments?
A: You may drop off payments at the Front Desk. You may also mail your payment directly to the Club. Our address is 14700 Oka Road, Los Gatos, CA 95032. We recommend that you use the envelope accompanying your statement and write your membership number on your check.
Q: Can I pay my bill automatically each month?
A: Through electronic funds transfer (EFT), you may automatically deduct payments from your checking or savings account. You will still receive a monthly statement that itemizes your monthly charges.
To sign up for EFT, contact the Business Office at (408) 356-2136 or download our EFT form.
Complete it and return your signed form along with a voided check to our Business Office.
You may drop it off in person or mail it to the Los Gatos Swim and Racquet Club Business office at: 14700 Oka Road, Los Gatos, CA 95032. Please do not mail cash.
Club Policies
Q: Where can I use my cell phone in the Club?
A: Cell phone use is welcome in the outdoor areas of the Club. We appreciate your cooperation.
Q: At what age can my child use the Club without supervision?
A: Children 14 years of age and older may use the Fitness Center and attend Group Exercise classes without certification or parental accompaniment.
Children 12-14 years of age are permitted to use the Fitness Center after the completion of the Club's Junior Training Program.
For more information on the Club's children policy, please contact a membership representative or refer to your "new member packet."
Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: New members have 5 days to cancel their membership, otherwise, the Club requires 30 days' prior written notice.
Your cancellation is effective when:
1) the Club receives written and signed notice of your departure from the club, all membership cards and required payments and
2) the 30-day notice period expires.
After the effective date of your cancellation, you will not be subject to any further dues.
