Steps to Programming

STEP 1 – ASSESSMENT

All programs are designed based on a comprehensive kinetic chain assessment to determine structural muscle imbalances.  The head-to-toe fitness evaluation assesses an individual’s strengths and weaknesses in the areas of posture, movement, strength, flexibility, and athletic performance.

STEP 2 – INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRAM DESIGN

fitness-GaryMOur comprehensive approach provides an easy-to-use system for exercise selection based on the client’s goals, needs, wants, and abilities.  Our certified personal trainers will customize two fourteen-day-plans consisting of strength and cardio training based on your assessment.  We will take the guess work out of gym programming and get you to your goals in the safest, most effective way possible.

STEP 3 –  IMPLEMENTATION

You will meet once every fourteen days with your certified personal trainer to go through your progressive customized strength and cardio plan.  At that time new assessment data will be taken as well as re-evaluating or setting new goals.

Your trainer will provide strength and cardio workouts for you.  This programming system takes the guess work out, brings accountability in and gets you to your goals.
