Our Junior Weight Training program is an educational fitness program for kids ages 12-14 taught by one of our Certified Personal Trainers.

During the course of the four week class the child will learn how to properly use the cardio and fitness equipments as well as getting a great workout.

After successful completion of the Junior Weight Training program, kids are allowed to use the fitness facility under strict supervision of their parent.
