CrossFit is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.


Our circuit classes are a great way to fit in a total body workout.  We perform our circuit classes outside using functional training equipment to give you a great total body, strength and cardio workout in just 50 minutes.  The beauty of circuit casses is that anyone can do it.  Modifications can be given for all exercises and you go as hard as you can (for best results, give it your all).

Personal Training

Enjoying CrossFit but looking for a more individualized program? Come in for a one-on-one training session with one of our fantastic coaches! These sessions are centered entirely on you and your goals. They are also great for anyone considering joining CrossFit but unsure of completing workouts within a group setting.
