At LGSRC we support a safe friendly environment for a serious workout – we basically ask and expect our members to be considerate when working out and help us run a safe and fun place for a great workout.

  • If you cannot maintain proper technique, then back off.
  • Know your surroundings.
  • Respect your equipment. Drop weights as a last resort.  Dropping weights should be a necessity not a convenience.
  • Bring things to our attention. i.e. Broken equipment.
  • Come to class and stay consistent.
  • Do not drop an empty barbell.
  • Do not walk in front of someone as they are about to perform a lift.
  • Put your equipment away after use.
  • Scheduled classes are the priority.
  • If you have injuries, let us know.
  • Be on time for class.
  • Be careful walking in between bars.
  • Do not wash your hands in the drinking fountain.  That goes for spitting as well.
  • Children 13 and under, are not allowed in the CrossFit area.
