A. 3 sets:

-weighted step ups x 15 per leg

-strict pull up + kipping pull up x 3+3

-push press x 15

B. dead lift x 5 x 5, show 5

C. death by  box jumps + sit ups

5 + 2 every 1:30 for a max of 10 rounds
